Explanation of Responses:
1. Each share of Class B common stock of the Issuer ("Class B Common Stock") is entitled to ten votes per share and is convertible at any time into one share of Class A common stock of the Issuer ("Class A Common Stock"). Each share of Class B Common Stock will convert automatically upon certain transfers and upon the occurrence of certain events set forth in the Issuer's Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation.
2. Reflects securities held by The Maddock 2015 Irrevocable Trust, of which the Reporting Person is the business trustee.
3. Reflects securities held by The Bryce Maddock Family Trust, of which the Reporting Person is the trustee.
4. These stock options vest over four years in quarterly installments beginning on September 15, 2021.
5. Represents restricted stock units that vest over four years in quarterly installments beginning on September 15, 2021. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Issuer Class A common stock. The restricted stock units will be settled in either Class A common stock or cash (or a combination thereof).
