Management Team

Bryce co-founded TaskUs in 2008. He has served as our Chief Executive Officer since 2008, as a member and acting chairperson of our board of directors since October 2018 and as chairperson of our board of directors since March 2023. In his role as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Maddock leads our global operations.

Prior to co-founding TaskUs, Bryce was a Partner at Smarter Social Media, an Analyst with Rodman & Renshaw and the co-founder of MW Entertainment.

Bryce earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from New York University.
 

Jaspar co-founded TaskUs in 2008. He has served as our President since 2008 and as a member of our board of directors since October 2018. In his role as President, Jaspar is focused on leading TaskUs’ transformational growth, corporate development activities, and the preservation of culture.

Prior to co-founding TaskUs, Jaspar was a Partner at Smarter Social Media and the co-founder of MW Entertainment.

Jaspar earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.
 

Mr. Thrash has served as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer since March 31, 2026 and as the Company’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Development since September 2021. In addition to his Corporate Development role, Mr. Thrash has led the Company's Investor Relations, Treasury, and Tax functions since October 2023, January 2025 and February 2025, respectively. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Thrash served as Head of Corporate Development at Stack Sports from November 2017 to September 2021. Mr. Thrash is an alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin, where he received Bachelor of Business Administration and Master in Professional Accounting degrees in 1999. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.

Jarrod  has served as the Company’s Chief Customer Officer since January 2018 and Senior Vice President of Business Development from October 2016 through December 2017. He currently leads the departments of Sales & Business Development, Integrated Marketing, Client Services, Service Line Strategy, and Consulting to provide TaskUs’ clients the best in terms of industry-leading practices and services.

Previously Jarrod held the position of Senior Vice President, Business Development at FacilitySource, a facility management company, from 2014 to August 2016, Senior Vice President and Group President at Xerox Business Services (formerly Affiliated Computer Services), an enterprises services company, from 2008 to 2014, and multiple positions over 10 years at IBM Corporation from 1999 to 2008, collectively providing over 20 years of experience in services and sales leadership working with some of the world’s largest global brands and technology leaders.

Jarrod holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College, an M.B.A. from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business and a U.S. patent in Retail Process Optimization.
 

Stephan Daoust is the Chief Operating Officer for TaskUs responsible for the global delivery of our Operations and Service Delivery functions including: WFM, Facilities, BIDS, Quality, Recruiting, Training, BCP, PMO and HR Operations across multiple countries. 

Prior to joining TaskUs, Stephan was the Senior Vice President & Country Leader for Operations & Delivery at Concentrix Philippines, a global leader in customer experience solutions. He was responsible for the management of Concentrix’ 45 operating sites and 90,000 staff in the Philippines.  

Stephan was with Concentrix for over 21 years beginning his career as an online agent progressing through multiple roles within the company. Throughout his career he supported multiple regions across the globe beginning his journey in Canada, prior to his most recent assignment in the Philippines, Stephan supported a large US telco as Global Vice President. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President of the Northern Region of EMEA based out of the Netherlands. Stephan also completed a prior assignment in the Philippines where he served as the Vice President of Operations during the years of 2009 to 2016.  

Stephan holds a B.A in Law and Justice from Laurentian University and also holds a law degree LLB from Moncton University. 
 

Claudia has served as the Company’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since October 2021. Claudia leads the global legal team and advises company executives and board of directors on legal and compliance matters. Before joining TaskUs, Claudia was Legal Director at Facebook from 2019 to 2021, General Counsel of Alphabet’s Verily Life Sciences from 2015 to 2019, Legal Director at Google from 2007 to 2015, and an Associate at Morrison & Foerster.

Claudia earned a B.A. from Stanford University and a J.D. from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco.
 

Chandra has served as the Company’s Chief Information Officer since February 2022, overseeing the technology strategy for the company.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Venkataramani spent 22 years in a variety of leadership roles at TTEC, Convergys, Aegis Communications, and Swift Response. Most recently, he was Chief Information Officer at TTEC, a customer experience technology and services company, from April 2019 to January 2022 where he led the technology organization and set strategy and direction for the technology roadmap, and Chief Information Officer at Convergys, a leading BPO and customer experience company, from 2013 to 2018 where he was responsible for the global technology infrastructure of the company, as well as the planning, development, and delivery of technology products and services for Convergys clients. He also held other leadership positions during his tenure at Chase Manhattan Bank.
 
Chandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, a Master of Science from Louisiana Tech University, and a Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he was a Stern Scholar.
